Quality Assurance

Tested Every Batch

Validated analytical techniques are used to check batch identity and purity.

Lot Specific COA

Request the Certificate of Analysis associated with your product’s lot number.

99% Purity Guarantee

Where a product specifies ≥99% purity, that stated minimum is the applicable guarantee.

Third-Party Verification

Valid independent laboratory findings are considered under this testing policy.

Quality Claim Process

Simple, transparent, and fair.

1

Contact Support
(within 30 days)

Contact our team within 30 days after delivery. Include the order reference, product name, lot number, and a description of the concern.

2

Submit Lab Report

Send the full independent laboratory report, including chromatograms, the analytical method, relevant dates, and storage details.

3

Internal Review
(7–10 business days)

Our quality team assesses the submitted evidence and may examine retained reference material.

4

Resolution

A confirmed issue may qualify for replacement, credit, refund, or eligible testing-cost reimbursement.

1. Quality Guarantee (What We Stand Behind)

Under the conditions below, LOVE MUTUAL guarantees that material meets its stated identity and minimum purity specification when dispatched. Where ≥99% is listed, that value is the minimum specification.

Each batch is assessed against internal specifications using suitable validated methods such as HPLC, LC-MS, or NMR. Lot-specific analytical documentation can be requested. Research-use labeling identifies relevant storage and shelf-life information.

Coverage applies to unopened, sealed material stored and handled according to its label. Start any claim, including one relying on independent testing, within 30 calendar days of the carrier-recorded delivery date. Later requests may be reviewed at our discretion and are outside the standard claim period.

2. Third-Party Testing Requirements

Customers may arrange independent analytical testing. For those results to support a quality claim, they must satisfy every applicable condition in this policy.

Eligible products and lots:

  • Testing must take place before the product’s stated shelf life expires.
  • The tested sample must carry the same lot number as the original product container and invoice.
3. Laboratory Qualifications

Use a qualified analytical laboratory and a validated method suitable for determining the material’s identity and purity, such as HPLC, LC-MS, or NMR. The report must identify:

  • The laboratory’s name and contact details.
  • The analytical method and relevant operating details, for example an HPLC column and gradient or an LC-MS method.
  • The dates the sample was received and analyzed.
  • The measured purity and, where applicable, the supporting chromatogram or spectrum.
4. Sample Handling & Documentation

The following conditions help establish that the results represent the dispatched material:

  • Take the test material directly from its original product container.
  • When preparing a sample for the laboratory, label it with the product name, lot number, and transfer date.
  • Keep a record of storage between sampling and analysis. Missing records or storage inconsistent with known material stability can affect how a claim is assessed.

Analyze samples within 14 days of laboratory receipt unless documented stability information supports a longer interval. Sensitive materials may require a shorter interval, controlled temperature, or light protection. Results outside the applicable interval may not qualify without supporting stability data.

5. Accepted Analytical Methods

The analytical method must distinguish the target compound from relevant impurities and degradation products. Visual checks and simple color tests are insufficient.

Provide chromatograms or spectra where the method permits. A purity number without supporting analytical data may be rejected. Validated HPLC, LC-MS, NMR, and equivalent methods are acceptable.

6. Storage, Shelf Life & Stability

These materials are supplied exclusively for laboratory research and have no designated human or veterinary use. Follow the storage and shelf-life conditions stated for the individual product.

Shelf-life coverage assumes the material stays sealed in its original container under the stated storage conditions. Extended heat, sunlight, repeated freeze-thaw cycles, opening, or transfer may affect stability and place resulting degradation outside coverage.

7. How to Submit a Third-Party Testing Claim

Within 30 days of delivery, send our team the order reference, product and lot details, a short explanation, and the full laboratory report with chromatograms or spectra. Include:

  • Product name and lot number.
  • Lab name and contact details.
  • Sample receipt and analysis dates.
  • Any storage and handling records included with the report.
  • The method description and measured purity.

LOVE MUTUAL may ask for the remaining material to be returned and for confirmation of label-compliant storage before completing our review. An initial assessment is normally provided within one week.

8. Claim Review & Resolution Policy

If internal evidence and qualifying independent results confirm an out-of-specification batch, we may provide material from a different lot or a credit/refund up to the affected product’s purchase price. Eligible independent testing may be reimbursed up to $100 against a valid laboratory invoice.

Our responsibility is limited to replacement, credit, or refund of the product price and eligible testing costs up to $100. Consequential losses, incidental losses, and downstream research costs are excluded.

Results may be declined if a claim is late, the product has expired, analysis falls outside the supported holding interval, storage is unsuitable, the method is inadequate, or sample custody cannot be established. This policy can be revised; the version applicable when a claim begins generally governs. The Terms & Conditions take precedence except where this policy adds quality-claim rights.

If a Batch is Confirmed Out of Specification

A confirmed departure from specification at dispatch may qualify for the following remedies:

  • Replacement from another lot
  • Account credit or refund
  • Eligible independent laboratory costs may be reimbursed up to $100.

Claims May Be Rejected If

  • Raised outside the 30-day window
  • Product is outside its shelf life
  • Improper or undocumented storage
  • Missing chromatograms/spectra or method details
  • Invalid or non-qualified testing methods
  • Broken chain of custody or unlabeled samples

Storage Recommendations

Use these storage and handling practices to help preserve material integrity.

Store at 20–25°C (68–77°F)Unless otherwise specified
Protect From LightKeep away from direct sunlight and UV exposure
Keep SealedKeep containers tightly sealed when not in use
